THIS CAUSE came on for final hearing on the 17th day of
January, 1990, and the Court having given full consideration to ~
all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has juris-

~ diction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the!

~ relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and;
~
~
i that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken
t
r and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ~
f
~ ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
~ l. The marriage between EVELYN PINDER and FREEMAN PINDER, '

~ be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each
i
~ of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony

` heretofore existing between them and the obligations arising

~ 2. The attached Settlement Agreement admitted into evidence

~ is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ;

~ ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
~ 3. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto is
