THIS CAUSE having come to be heard before me for fina~, hearing and~the

Court having examined the record and finding that the cause is at issue, and
the Court further having taken the testi,nony of Petitioner and of a witness in
his t~ehalf, and it appearing that the Petitioner has been a resident of the
~
~ state o~ Florida for more than six months next to filing the Petition for
. Dissolution of Marriage, and the Court further finding that the marriage of the
parties has been irretrievably broken and the Court being otherwise advised in
' the premises, it is

1. That the parties are hereby granted a full and canplete dissolution of
~ marriage, a vinculo m~trimonii, of and from one another and that the bonds of
~
j matrimony existing between the Petitioner, GARY CHAISSOtd, and the Respondent,
; KIMBERLY ANN CHAISSON, and the same are h~reby dissolved, and that the parties
~
~ and each of them is hereby freed from the obligation khereof.
~ 2. That the primary physical residence of the minor child of the parties,
~ to-wit: Holland Christopher Chaisson, born October 28, 1981, is hereby awarded
~
; to the Husband with the parties. sharing parental responsibility of said minor
~

` child as set forth in the Separation and Property Settlement Agreement

3. The Wife shall pay the Husband as support for the minor child oE the
p~arties the sum of $200.00 per rranth, with the first payment being due on the
