by and between Kimberly Ann Chaisson, hereinafter called "wife', and Gary
C~aisson, hereinafter called 'Husband",
WITNiESSETEI
i~@~S, the parties are Husband and Wife, having been lawfully married to
each other on March 21, 1983, at Sarasota, Florida; and
~ ~E~?S, in oonsequence of various disputes and differences, the parties
are naw separated and have been living apart since July 1, 1489; and

~ ~.5, both parties have given much thought and oonsic~eration to a
~ settlement of these difEerences and have determined that they are
~ irreooncilable; and

~ ~S, each of the parties nereto has mac3e full disclosure to the other

~ of all of the assets and property of the other and income, and desiring to
~ enter into the Agreement for the purpose of settling the disposition of theic
joint and separate property; and
~ ii~S, it is the c3esire and intention of the parties that their

~ relations, with respect to property and finan~ial matters, be finally fixed by
~ this Agreement in order to settle and determine in all respects and foc all
~ purposes their respective present and future rights, claims and demands in such
a
~ a manner that any action with respect to the rights, and obligations past,
present or Euture, of either party with respect to the other, be settled and
determined by this Agreement.
