SEPARATION: The parties reoognize that they cannot live together in harmony and, thereEore, agree that they henceforth shall live separately and apart, and that neither shall harass or molest the other party. 2. ALIMONYs The Husband and Wife hereby waive all right to alimony of any kind, type or nature whatsoever and neither shall make a claim against the other for sa,ne. 3. RELF,~.SES; Each party releases the other of all claims, demands, special equities and causes of action exoept as otherwise provided for herein. 4. RIG1~ TO COUN.SELs It is reoognized that each party has the right to advice of an attorney of choice in reaching this Agreement and acknowledges that he or she has either exercised that right or waived the same expressly by ~ the signing oE this Agreement. It is the intent of the parties that this Agreement shall be introduced as a stipulation between the parties in any suit between them for dissolution or other matters touched on or oovered by this I Agreement. This Agreement shall be the final and full settlement and satisfaction of all claims, rights and property by and between the Husband and Wife, and the parties hereby acknowledge full and aom~plete knowledge of the financial cirwmstances and status of the other. i ~ 5. SUBSEQt1Et~TP uISSOLiTPION OF MARRIAGE: Fach of the parties agrees that ~ ~ ; the terms of this Agreement shall continue to remain in full forae and effect ~ ' as long as the parties shall continue to renain separate and apart, and that in ~ the event a dissclution is obtained b either of the Y parties, this Agreement ! shall be submitted to the Court and the ter ms thereof requested to be made a f , ~ part of and incorporated in any Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage which ~ may be entered. Yn the event the dissolution sought by either party is not ~ ; granted, then this Agree,rent shall bevane null and void. ~ 6. MINOR CHILDREN: There is one minor child born between the parties, to ~ s wit: Holland Christopher Chaisson, born October 28, 1981. The parties agree 3 f that the Husband shall retain the primary physical residence of the minor chilc~ with the parties maintaining shared parental responsibility of said children. 7.
