Marriage, and a default having been entered against the Husband,
and the Court having heard testimony of the Petitioner,

~ Petitioner's witness and the Respondent, and being otherwise

~ 1. That the Court has jurisdiction of the parties the
t subject matter herein.

` 2. That the Wife has been a resident of the State of
Florida for more than six months next before the filing of the
Petition for Dissolution of Marriage.
3. That one minor child was born between the parties, to
wit: JERMAINE D. GOODIN, borr. April 12, 1980.
4. That the marriage is irretrievably broken.
