THIS CAUSE having come on for trial on the 16th day of
~ January, 1990, and the Courk having given full consideration to
p all the evidence, finds and determines:
~ This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
€
~ matter of this suit; that the relation of the Husband and Wife
f
' now exists between the
~ parties; and that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. The
Court finds that the parties have amicably distributed their
f
~
~ marital assets and liabilities and there are no further issues to
be resolved. The Husband has agreed to transfer all of his
~
g right, title and interest in and to the jointly held property
~
located in North Carolina to his Wife. It is thereupon,
ORDSRED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGB. The marriage between G. EDGAR
STRAEFFER and GLENNA W. STRAEFFER be and the same is hereby
~ dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
~
freed from the bonds o~ matrimony heretofore existing between
