2. The Husband shall execute all necessary documents to convey
all of his right, title and interest in and to the jointly held
real property located in North Carolina to his Wife.
3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the
parties hereto is hereby reserved by this Court for the entry of
such further orders as may be proper.
