by and between LUANNE D. PETTENGILL, hereinafter referred to as
"Wife", and RICHARD C. PETTENGILL, hereinafter referred to as
"Husband", both being residents of St. Lucie County, Florida.

WHEREAS, the parties were married on March 19, 1983; and
WHEREAS, there have been no issue of this marriage and
none are contemplated: and
WHEREAS, certain irreconcilable differences have arisen
between the parties and they recognize that their marriage is
irretrievably broken; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to enter into an agreement
whereby they will amicably resolve matters pertaining to their
riqhts and obligations arising from the marriage and the
disposition of their jointly-owned property and their property
which is subject to equitable distribution under the laws of
the State of Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual
covenants and promises contained herein, thE parties hereto

1. Recitals.

~ 2. SeFaration.

~ It shall be lawful for each party at all times hereafter
~ to live separate and apart from the other party at such place

~ or places as he or she may from time to time choose or deem
~ fit.
€ Each party shall be free from the interference, authority
and control, direct or indirect, by the other, as fully as if
he or she were single and unmarried. Neither shall mole~t the
other or compel or endeavor to compel the other to cohabit or
dwell with him or her.
