3. Waiver of Alimonv.
Both parties hereby forever waive any and all rights each
may have against the other for and to alimony, whether lump
sum, rehabilitative, permanent, or of any nature, as a result
of the marriage. J

The Husband and Wife own jointly certain real property,
located at 4472 Idlewild Street, Port St. Lucie, Florida, to ~

Section Thirty-Three, according to the Plat
thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 15, Pages
1, lA through 1V of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
This property shall become the property of the Husband and the
Wife shall execute such documents as are necessary to effect

the transfer thereof. The Husband shall be solely responsible ~
~ for paying the balance due, if any, on the mortgage on this
' property, and shall save the Wife harmless from the operation

thereof. '
The parties, jointly, are the owners of a certain real
~ estate wrap-around mortgage on certain real property located at

~ 2967 Cate Circle, Port St. Lucie, Florida,_which mortgage is

~ recorded at O.R. Book 656, Page 067, Public Records of St. ~

; Lucie County, Florida. This mortgage shall remain the joint
~ property of the parties, equally. Likewise, the parties shall
~ remain jointly liable, in equal proportions, on the underlying
~ indebtedness for this wrap-around mortgage, to wit: that
~ certain Note and Mortgage owed to Yvonne L. Dator, dated

October 1, 1988, and recorded in Official Records Book 606,
~ beginning at Page 067, Public Records of St. Lucie County,

The parties are joint contract vendees for the purchase I,
of Lots 12 and 13, Block 1277, Section 11, Renfro Street, Port
St. L~scie, Florida. This property shall be the property of the
Husband and the Wife shall execute whatever documents are
necessary to assign her right, title or interest therein to the I
