HomeMy WebLinkAbout0358 # s Husband. The Husband shall be solely responsible for payfng the balances due, if any, on these contracts and shall save the Wife harmless from the operation thereof. The Wife agrees to and does hereby release, transfer and convey to the Husband all her right, title and interest in the 1988 Nissan Sentra automobile, the 1987 Chevrolet pick-up truck, and the 1988 Mitsubishi pick-up truck, which are presently in the Husband's possession. The Husband agrees to assume and pay any obligations, loans, or liens encumbering said vehicles and agrees to indemnify and save the Wife harmless for any said claims. The parties have divided between them, to their mutual satisfaction, the personal effects, household furnishings and all other articles of personal property not otherwise covered herein which have heretofore been used by them in common, and ~ neither party will make claim to any such items which are now i ~ in the possession or under the control of the other. ~ 5. Separate ProDertv. f ; Except as otherwise provided herein, the parties hereby ~ a ree that whatever q property the Wife now has in her individual name or may hereafter have or acquire shall henceforth be ~ considered as and be the Wife's separate property. ~ Ex~ept as otherwise provided herein, the parties hereby r f 4 agree that whatever property the Husband now has in his , f individual name or may hereafter have or acquire shall hence ~ 4 ~ forth be considered as and be the Husband's separate property. ~ The Wife agrees that the Husband shall have and retain ~ all right, title, and interest in and to the business known as i , s Rick's Pressure Cleaning, Inc., together with all assets ~ ~ thereof, as and for his separate property. The ~Tife agrees to ~ ~ execute any and all documents necessary to transfer any interest claimed by her in said business to the Husband and to resign from any positions or offices presently held by her in that business.
