The Wife has the exclusive ownership of the following:
a) 1988 Chrysler LeBaron (leased) and shall assume all
indebtedness thereon and save the Husband harmless from the
operation thereof; and
b) $10,000.00 Certificate of Deposit at Jupiter-Tequesta
National Hank, with a maturity of March, 1990, subject to the
Husband's right to receive 51,800.00 from the proceeds thereof
at maturity.
The Husband has the exclusive ownership of the following:
a> 23' 1983 Sea Ox boat, subject to the indebtedness
therean to Jupiter-Tequesta National Bank.

It is specifically agreed that the Wife shall be
responsible for payment of the indebtedness to Leath's
Furniture in the approximate amount of $1,100.00, and the
Husband shall be responsible for the remainder, consisting of:
J.C. Penney
J. Byrons
First Omni Master Card
Manufacturer's Hanover Master Card
American Express
Sears
Chevron
; Mobil

f Each party represents and warrants to the other that they

' have not incurred any debts or made any contracts for which the
~ other or their estate may be liable, the payment for which is
t not generally or specifically settled by this Agreement.

~ Neither party will incur any such debts or make any such

E contracts so long as the other performs all of their
~ obligations under this Agreement. If either party violates

; this provision and as a result thereof, the other party is
~ obligated to make a payment or payments to others, he or she
~
~ shall have the right of set off against any future obligations
~
between the parties or may add such amount to other payments
which may be made hereunder and enfo=ce the same by whatever
remedies are appropriate.
