~ THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard this 18th day of January,
' 1990, and ihe Court, having considered all the evidence, finds and
~
~ determines that:
~ This Court has jurisdiction over the parties and the subject matter of
j this suit; the relationship of husband and wife now exists between the
~ parties; the marriage of the parties is inetrievably broken and should be
~ dissolved; there are no children born of this marriage; and default was
~ entered against the Husband. It is therefore:
~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
~
= 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between DIANNE RENE
, PHILPOTT and DONALD RICHARD PHILPOTT be and the same is
hereby dissolved, a vinculo matrimonii, and the parties and each of
them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. PROPERTY: There is no jointly owned property; all property of the
parties has been divided between them and each shall hereafter be
