2. Plaintiff's Motion to Dismiss Defendant's Motion
for Dissolution of Writ of Garnishment and Motion for Judgment on
the Pleadings and/or Summary Fin~l Judgment Against Garnishee is
hereby GRANTED.
3. Plaintiff is hereby awarded a Final Judqment of
Garnishment against Garnishee, FLORIDA NATIONAL BANR, Investment
I Management and Trust Division, 424 Central Avenue, St.

Petersburg, Florida. Garnishee is hereby ordered to make all
~ future quarterly payments of income, pursuant to that certain
~ trust established by Guy W. Motter of which Defendant herein is a
~ named beneficiary, and which trust is administered by Garnishee,
~
~ directly to:

f until such time as Plaiatiff's judgment is paid in full, the

~ 4. The Garnishee's Motion for Order Directing the
Clerk to Pay Statutory Attorney's Fee is hereby GRANTED.

~ Accordingly, the Clerk of the Court is hereby authorized to
disburse to Garnishee, FLORIDA NATIONAL BANR, Investment
Management and Trust Division, 424 Central Avenue, St.
Petersburg, Florida, the sum of $100.00, previously deposited by
Plaintiff into the Regi~try of the Court pursuant to Sec. 77.28,
