8. If the total amount realized on the sale exceeds ~
the total of the sums ordered to be paid in Paragraph 7 above,
the Clerk shall disburse the surplus as this Court shall
hereafter direct. If the total amount realized sha11 not be
sufficient to pay a11 these sums, the Clerk shall pay first
i those sums specified in Paragraph 7(A) and shall pay the balance
~ in the order listed in Paragraph 7.

9. Upon confirmation of sale, whether by the Clerk of

' the Court filing the certificate of title herein, or by order of

~ the Court ruling upon objection to the sale,,the Def endants and
~
~ all persons claiming under them or any of them, subsequent to ~
~ the commencement of this action and filing of the Notice of Lis
f
~ Pendens, are foreclosed from all estate, right, title, interest,
~ claim, lien and equity of redemption in and for the property
~ hereinabove described, and the purchaser at the sale, his
; representatives or assignees, shall be let into possession of
~ said property. The Clerk of the Courts is hereby specifically

I authorized to issue a Writ of Posseesion and the Sheriff is

~ authorized to serve such Writ without further Order of this

~ Court for the mortgaged property located at 1512 S. W. Bermel

p Avenue, Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452.
10. Jurisdiction of this action and of the parties is
retained to enter any further order that are proper including,
without limitation, hearing such Motions as the Plaintiff may
file for a deficiency judgment or for the surplus that may be
' produced at the f oreclosure sale, awarding supplementary
€
~ attorneys~ fees, and granting such other relief as may be
appropriate.
