It is further ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this order of dismissal shall apply to all crossclaims by and between all parties except as indicated ~ in the stipulation attached hereto and made a part hereof by t ~ reference as Exhibit "A". It is further ~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the parties shall bear their own I I costs and attorneys' fees in this cause. It is further ~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this order of dismissal specifically ~ ~ ~ excepts any claims that Turtle Reef Condominiums I, Inc., has or ~ ~ may have against defendant, Turtle Reef Associates, Inc., ~ associated with this lawsuit. This order specifically excepts any ~ claim that DIC Commercial Construction Corporation, Inc., and f Russell R. Seal, Jr., individually, have or may have against third I ~ party defendant, C& L Steele Construction, Inc. associated with f ~ this lawsuit. It is further E ~ ~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this court shall retain jurisdiction ! ' in this matter for the enforcement of the terms and conditions of I ~ the stipulation attached hereto as Exhibit "A" including but not f ~ limited to the responsibilities of third party defendants, Raul Puig and Alejandro Robles to the plaintiff, Turtle Reef Condominiums I, Inc. The court further retains jurisdiction in this matter as to claims the plaintiff, Turtle Reef Condominiums I, Inc. has or may have against defendant, Turtle Reef Associates, Inc., and any claims that DIC Commercial Construction Corporation, s ~ Inc. and Russell R.
