This cause came on to be heard upon Edna L. Caruso's
Motion for Attorney's Fees for appellate services rendered
pursuant to the Fourth District Court of Appeal's Order of
~ October 4, 1989.
! Having taken tesimony and heard argument of counsel, the ~

Court finds that a reasonable number of hours expended in the
~
~
' appeal by Miss. Caruso was 72.5, that a reasonable hourly rate
for appellate services in Palm Beach County is $250 per hour
~

~ for a total fee of $18,125 for which judgment is entered
~
{ against Steve Barnett, Inc., and execution is issued. ~
