to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 13,
13A throuqh 13I, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
Subject to: Restrictions, Reservations, Limitations,
Conditions, and Easements of Record.
The lien of Plaintiff xs prior, paramount and superior to all
rights, claims, liens, interests, encumbrances and equities of
the Defendants and all persons, firms or corporations claiminq
by, through or under the Defendants or either of them and the
property will be sold free and clear of any claims of the
Defendants.
6. That unless the Defendants, or either of them, shall

~ pay the Plaintiff or its attorneys the sums specified in
~ Paragraph 4, and any other costs of this suit as mentioned in

i that Paragraph, the Clerk of this Court, after publication of

E notice as required by Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes, as

sale to be held at o'clock A.M. on the day of
