credit on its bid up to the full amount due under this Default
Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
8. After confirmation of the sale, whether confirmation
be by the Clerk filinq the Certificate of Title or by order of
this Court ruling upon objections to such sale, the Clerk shall ~
make distribution of the proceeds of such sale by paying:
A. All costs and expenses of the proceeding subsequent
to the entry of this Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure,
including the cost of publishing the notice of sale and the ;

Clerk's fee for makinq the sale and the cost of state documentary
; stamps affixed to the Certificate of Title. ;

~ B. The sum herein found to be due and owing to the j
~
~ Plaintiff as specified in Paragraph 4 above, plus interest '
~
; thereon at the rate of twelve p~rcent (12~) per annum from the '

date of this judgment to the date of sale, plus all costs of this

; proceeding incurred by Plaintiff subsequent to the date of this
~ judgment.

~ 9. If the total amount realized on said sale exceeds the
~
~ total oE the sums required to be paid by the preceding paragraph
~ of this judgment, the Clerk shall disburse the surplus as this
~
~ Court shall hereafter direct by its further order; and if the
~ total amounts realized shall not be sufficient to pay all such
' sums, the Clerk shall first pay those amounts specified by
subparagraph A.
10. Upon confirmation of the aforesaid sale, whether by
