("Assignors") do hereby assign, transfer and set over unto Ricbard A,

Condominium) the right to the use ot' that certain Limited Common Element
in connection with the condominium known as covered parking, Spaces

subject to the fotlowing terms and conditions
{ 1} By Assignee's acceptance of this assignment, Assignee covenents to ~
eiercise due care in ~sing and occupying the Parking Spac~,and assignee ~
shall and dces hereby idemnify and hoid harmtess Assignor against all ~
claims, actions ,proceedings, damages, cost and l~abiiities inctuding ~
