Condominium) the right to the use of that certain Limited Common Element
in connection with the condominium known as covered parking, Space
~ 12 (The Parking Space) as shown in the records of the Associati~n,
subject to the following terms and conditions
{ 1) By Assignee's acceptance of this assignment~ Assignee covenents to
exercise due care in using and occupying the Parking Space,and assignee
shatl and dces hereby idemnify and hold harmtess Assignor against alt
, claims, actions ,proceedings, damages, cost and tiabilities including
~ reasonable attorneys fees, arising from oc in any way connected with
~ assignee's occupation or use of Parking Space

~ (2} The ownership of said parking space is appurtenant to the timited

~ by any Assignee to a non-owner at Hutchinson Isiand Club, but may be
