20. Lendsr ia Posses.~ioa. Upon acceleration under paragraph 19 or abandonment of the Propeny. Lender (by ~udicially
apn.~inted receiver) shall be entitled to enter upon. take posxssion of and manage the Prope~ty and to collect the rents of the
Praperty including those past due. Any rents coltected by Lender or the receiver shall be applied first to payment of the costs
of management of the Property and collection of rents, i~cluding, but not limited to, receiver's fees, premiums on recciver's bonds
and reasonable attorneys' fees, and then to the sums secured by this Security Instrument.
21. Rekase. Upon payment of all sums secured by this Security Instrument, Lcnder shall release this 5ecurity Instrument
without charge to Borrower. Borrower shall pay any recordation costs. .
22. Attorneys' Fees. As used in this Security Instrument and the Note, "attorneys fees" sha11 include any attorneys' fees ~
