That Spartan Mortgage and Investment Corporation, a
corporation existing under the laws of the State of South
Carolina, the owner and holder of a certain Mortgage Deed
executed by WILLIAM M. TOWNSEND and MARJORIE J. TOWNSEND, his
wife, Mortgagor. to EDWARD FRANK LOZYNSKI and GAYLB MASON
LOZYNSKI, his wife, Mortgagee~ bearing date the 22nd of August,
1984, recorded in Official Records Book 441. at Page 771 in the
Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
State of Florida, securing that certain Note in the principal sum
of EIGHT THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY-EIGHT AND NO/100
($8,788.00) DOLLARS, and certain promises and obligations set
forth in the Mortgage Deed by virtue of that Assignment of Note
and Mortgage executed by EDWARD FRANK LOZYNSKI and GAYLE MASON ~
LOZYNSKI, his wife, to Spartan Mortgage and Investment
Corporation, its successors and assigns bearing date the 3rd of ~
October, 1984, recorded in Official Records Book 445, at Page
383, in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie ~
County, State of Florida, upon the property situate in said State
and County described as follows: ~
Lots 12, 13, and 14 less the South 5 feet of Lot 14, ~
Block 6, of MARAVILLA PLAZA, a subdivision according to ~
the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 44 of ~
~ ths Public Records of St. Lucie County. Florida. q

hereby acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said Note, '
~ Mortgage Deed, and Assignment and surrenders the same as ~ ;
~ cancelled and hereby directs the Clerk af the said Circuit Court ~
~ to cancel the same of record.
