19. Acceleration; Remedies. l.ender shall give notice to Borrower prior to acceleration fulluwing 13urrower's
breach of any covenant or agreement in this Security Instrument tbut not p~ior to accelerytiun under pyrag~yphs 13 and 17
uniess applicable law provides otherwisel. The notice shafl specify: la) the default; (b) the action required to curP the
default; lc) p date. not less than 30 days from the date the notice is given to Borrower. by which thr default must be cured;
and (d) that failure to cure the default on or before tfie date specified in the notice may result in acceleration of the surns
srcured by this Security Instrument, foreclosure by judicial proceeding and sale of the Property. The notice shall further
inform Borrower of the right to reinstate after acceleration and the right to assert in the forectosu~e proceeding thr non-
existence of a def~ult or any other defense of ~orrower to acceleration und foreclosure. If the defauit is not cured on or
before the date specified in the notice. Ixnder at its option may require immediate pay~ment in full of afl sums secured by~

22. Attorneys' Fees. As used in this Serurity lnstrument and the Note. "attorneys' fees" tih;~ll include any attornrys'
