Acceleration; Remedies. l.ender shall give notice to Borrower prior to acceleration fulluwing 13urrower's breach of any covenant or agreement in this Security Instrument tbut not p~ior to accelerytiun under pyrag~yphs 13 and 17 uniess applicable law provides otherwisel.
