WHEREAS, THOS. J. WHITE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Florida
corporation, executed a Mortgage in favor of FLORIDA NATIONAL SANK, I
dated May 29, 1987, in the original principal sum of $2,500,000.00 I
and recorded in O.R. Book 547, page 2013, and Receipt of Advance I
Under Mortgage Providing for Future Advances, dated September 4,
1987, in the amount of $1,500,000.00 filed September 14. 1987, in
O.R. Book 55?, Page 960; Adciendum to Mortgage dated February 25, 1988 ~
and filed February 25, 1988 in O.R. Book 576, page 1320; Mortgage
dated February 29, 1988, and filed March 8~ 1988~ in O.R. Book 577,
page 2332 and Addendum to Mortgage dated January 26, 1989 and filed
February 6, 1989, in O.R. Book 622, page 1653; UCC-1 Financing
Statement filed March 8, 1988, in O.R. Book 577, page 2341; Mortgage
Modification and Extension Agreement dated June 30, 1989, and filed
July 12, 1989, in O.R. Book 645, page 912; Mortgage dated October 24,
1988, and filed October 24, 1988, in O.R. Book 608, page 1738 and
Addendum to Mortgage dated January 26, 1969, and filed February 6,
1989, in O.R. Book 622, page 1656; UCC-1 Financing Statement filed
October 24, 1988, in O.R. Book 608, page 1749; Modification of Mortgage
dated and filed September 29, 1989, in O.R. Book 656, page 1874;
Mortgage dated and filed September 29, 1989 in O.R. Book 656, page
1849; and UCC-1 Financing Statement filed September 29, 1989 in O.R.
Book 656, page 1870, all of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
AND WHER~.S. Mortgagor has requested the Mortgagee to release the
; premises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises,
~ from the lien and operation of the Mortgages;

{ NOW THEREFORE, IINOW YE, that the Mortgagee in consideration of
i the premises herein and the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00), to it paid
; by the Mortgagor, at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt
~ whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit-claim,
exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of the Mortgage
, unto the Mortgagor. its heirs and assigns, all that piece, parcel or
` tract of land being part of the premises conveyed by the Mortgage, to-
~ wit:
~ Lot 5, Block 9, of ST. LUCIE WEST COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, Parcel 8--
! Phase 2, St. Lucie West Plat Number 8, according to the plat thereof,
; recorded in Plat Book 27, Pages 5, 5A through SE, of the Public
~ Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
~ said Mortgagor, its heirs and assigns forever, freed,
` exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of the Mortgage, and
~ every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the
; effect, lien or encumbrance of the Mortgage on the remaining part of
said mortgaged premises not hereby released therefrom, or any of the
rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
