ON THIS DAY, before me, the undersigned authority, duly autharized to
administer oaths and take acknowledgments, personally appeared R~ B E RT
CLINTON FIELDER, who, after being fiirst duly sworn, on oath, deposes and says:
1. That Affiant is the owner, in fee simple, of the following described real
property, loca+ted in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Lots 24 and 25, in Block 19, of UNIT 8, INDIAN RIVER ESTATES,
according ta the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 10, at Page 73, of
the Public Remrds of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That Affiant was continuously married, without interruption, to
Dorothy Deitschel Fielder, from No~•ember 26, 1946, through and including the date
of Dorothy Deitschel Fielder's death on November 2, 1989.
3. That Affiant further states that he is familiar with the nature of an oath
and with the penalties as provided under the laws of the State of Florida for falsely !
swearing to statements in an inshvment of this nature. Affiant further certifies that ,
he has read, or has heard read to him, the full facts of this Affidavit and understands !
its contents.
