Itr10W ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That we, BILLY W.
" COPELANL~ and HAZEL O. COPELAND, parties of the first part,
in consideration of the swn of Ten and no/100 Dollars
($10.00), and other valuable considerations, received from
or on behalf of BILLY W. COPELAND and HAZEL O. COPELAND, in
their capacity as Co-Trusteea, or their successors in trust,
U/D/T dated Uecember 13, 1988, with full power and authority
to execute any and all instruments necessary in connection
with such mortqage, includinq but not limited to appropriate
releases, discharqes and Batisfactions, parties of the
second part, at or before the ensealinq and delivery of
these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledqed,
do hereby grant, barqain, sell, assiqn, tranafer and set
over unto the said parties of the second part a certain
mortgage bearing date the 6th day of May, 1988, made by
J3mes Centonze and Anna Centonze, his wife and Michael S. ,
Centonze and Sally M. Centonze, his wife in favor of Billy
W. Copeland and Hazel O. Copeland, his wife and recorded in
Official Records Book 585, paqe 2547, public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, upon the followinq described piece or
parcel of land, situate and being in said County and State,
to-wit:
Lot 20, Block 105, Port St. Lucie Section
Twenty Seven, accordinq to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 5, 5A through
51, Public ~Cecords of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
Together with the note or obliqation described in said
mortgaqe, and the mone s due and become due thereon, with
interest from the ~ day of 19~a .
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said parties of
the second part, their heirs, legal representatives,
successors and assiqns forever.
