KNOW ALL MEN BY TH$SE PRTSSNTS: That we, BILLY W.
- COPELAND and HAZEL O. COPLLAND, parties of the first part,
in consideration of the swa o! Ten and no/100 Dollars
($10.00), and other valuable considerations, received from
or on behalf Qf BILLY W. COPELAND and HAZEL O. COPELAND, in
their capacity as Co-Truatees, or their successors in trust,
U/D/T dated December 13, 1988, with full power and authority
to execute any and all instruments necessary in connection
with such aortgage, includinq but not limited to appropriate
releases, discharqes and satisfactione, parties of the
second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of
these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged;
do hereby grant, barqain, sell, assign, transfer and set
over unto the said parties of the second part a certain
mortgaqe bearing date the 6th day of May, 1988, made by
James Centonze and Anna Centonze, his wife in favor of
Billy W. Copeland and Hazel O. Copeland, his wife and
recorded in Official R~cords Book 585, page 2543, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, upon the following
described piece or parcel of land, eituate and being in said
County and State, to-wit:
Lot 21, Block 105, Port St. Lucie Section
Twenty Seven, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 5, 5A through
51, Public Records' of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
Together with the note or obliqation described in said
mortgage, and the moneys due and to ecome due thereon, with
interest from the day of , 19 9ri
