St. Iucie County, Florida; and as furt.tier modified by a certain ~liture Advance, Mortgage
ricdification and Consolidation Agreem~nt in the principal sum of $5,000,000.00, dated
June 1, 1989, reQOrded in Official FLecords Book 641, Page 1184, Public R,eoords of St.
Iucie iDainty, Florida and

"Note"), exewted by Borrawer herein in the total original principal s~nn of i
$5,000,000.00, which Note is secured by the abave refere.rioed FUture Advanoe, Mortqage ~
Modification and Consolidation 11gree~ent thereto as set out above; and '

Mortgage M~adification and C~onsolidation Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Laan

valuable oo~n.siderations, the receipt of which is hereby aclQiowledged, the Bon~ower does
grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, co~ey and oonfirm unto the Lender the
property described belaw, aryd Borraaer does hereby agree that the lien, charge and affect
of the above referenced Loan Doc~m~ent be and the same is hereby expar~ded and spread so as
s to erxnrmber and affect, in addition to the premises presently encwnbered ar~d affected
therpby, the additional property more particularly described as follc~rs:
