ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE C~

THIS ASSIGNMENT made 30th day of November, 1989, between
~ NORMAN A. KELLY and VEREEN L. KELLY, his wife, as Assignor, and
820507 ONTARIO LIMITED, a Canadian corporation, as Assignee.
In consideration of the mutual covenants contained
herein, the parties agree as follows:
1. Assignor hereby assigns and transfers to Assignee all
of their rights, interests and duties provided in that certain
lease between Assignor and Port-A-Putt, Inc., now known as
Pitch-N-Putt, Inc., a Florida corporation, and Michael G.
Pizzarelli and Michele V. Pizzarelli, his wife, dated March 6,
1987.
2. Assignee agrees to perform all of the provisions
contained in the lease agreement to be performed by the
landlord.
3. This assignment shall become effective on the date
hereof .
EXECUTED at Port St. Lucie, Florida, on the day and year
first above written.
