PIZZ2iR8LLI, his wife, present owners and holders of the leasehold estate created by that lease described below and referred to below as "Tenants"; W I T N E S S E T H: WHEREAS, Owner is purchasing the following described real property located in St. Lucie Gounty, Florida, to wit: Commence at the Northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 4, Section 12, Township 37 South, Range 40 East according to the plat of St. Lucie Gardens Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 35 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida and run South 00°04'15" West along the West right of way line of Lennard Road (30 feet wide) 300 feet to a point; thence North 89°53'45" West along a line parallel with the North line of Lot 1, Block 4, a distance of 259.70 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue along said parallel line North 89'S3'45" West a distance of 591.78 feet to the East right of way of U.S. #1 (200 feet ' wide); thence North 27°45' west along said right of way ~ line 113.10 feet to a point 100 feet due north of the ' south line of this tract; thence South 89°53'45" East ; 644.57 feet; thence South 00°04'15" West along a line j parallel with the East line of Lot 1 a distance of 100.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. i E4 !
