18.4 TIME OF THS BSSENCB. Time is of the eseence of
this lease an o eac an every portion hereof. ~?ll of the
terms, covenants a~d conditions contained in this lease to be
performed by Tenant, if Tenant ehall consist of more than one
person or organization, shall be deemed to be joint and
several, and all rights and remedies granted to Landlord by law
shall be cumulative and nonexclusive of any other remedy.
18.5 SEVSRABILITY. If for any reason whatever any af
the provfsiona ereo s all be unenforceable or ineffective,
all of the other provisiona shall be and remain ir? full force
and effect. The provisions of this wri~ing constitute; and are
intended to co~stitute, the entire qgreement of the partiee to
this lease. No terms, conditions, warrantfes, promises or
understandings of any nature whatever, express or implied,
exist between the parties except as herein expressly set forth.
18.6 PRONOUNS. Feminine or neuter pronouns shall be
substituted for t ose of masculine form or vice versa, and the
, plural shall be substituted for the singular number or vice
versa in any place or placea in which the context may require
such substitution or substititions.
18.7 AMENDMENTS. This lease may t~e modified or amended
only by a wr t ng u y authori2ed and executed by both Landlord
and Tenant. It may not be ame~ded or modified by oral
agreements or understa~dings unless the same shall be reduced
to writing c3uly authorized and executed by both Landlord and
Tenant.
