The above-named Defendant, having been declared
indigent, or partially indigent, and said Defendant having
received, at his request, the a$sistance of the Public Defender's
office or the services of a private attorney appointed pursuant
to the Florida Statutes or the Florida Rules of Criminal
Procedure, and said Defendant having been determined to be guilty
of a criminal act, and said Defendant having been advised of
his/her right to a hearing to contest the amount of the lien, and
said Defendant having not requested a hearing to contest th~
' amount of the lien, it is;
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
