Iand all propert~ that may be conveyed to me or t~ them as Trustee

,hereunder for the sole benefit of the persons who, according to

~ the records of this Trust, are the holders of the beneficial

~ interests herein. The terms "Trustee" or "Trustees" whenever
~
~ used herein, shall include any person or persons now or hereafter
~ serving as Trustee or Trustees hereunder, and all the rights,
g powers, authority and privileges granted hereunder to the Trustee
~
~ may be exercised by any such person or persons subject to the
~ provisions hereof. Solely for the purpose of convenience, this
~
~ Trust shall be entitled "THE LEWIS INVESTt~lENT TRUST."
1. The holders of the beneficial interests in this Trust
are shown on the Schedule of Beneficial Interests executed this
day by them and the Trustee, ar.d filed ~vith the records of the
Trust. The Schedule shall be amended from time to time in order
~ to reflect any change in the identity of the beneficiaries or
~ ~ i
~ (respective interests hereunder. The interest of any beneficiary ~
~ i
~ ~hereunder shall be freely transferable by assignment, sale, gift,
