Any Trustee may, without ir~propriety, be or become a beneficiarv hereunder and exercise all rights of a beneficiary with the same effect as though he were not a Trustee. 2. The Trustee shall hold the property conveyed to him as Trustee and receive all the gains and profits therefrom for the benefit of the holders of the beneficial interests herein (hereinafter referred to as the "neneficiaries"). The Trustee shall pay over to, or apply for the benefit of the Beneficiaries ~ i so much of the income and principal as the Trustee, in the i i Trustee's absolute and uncontrollzd discretion, shall determine ~ ! necessary or appropriate for the comfort, health, welfare, sup- port and education of the said Beneficiaries. At the end of each ~ taxable year, any net income which is not distributed shall be ~ f added to the principal of the Trust. ~ ~ 3. In addition to the powers canf_erred on the Trustee b ~ law: ~ ~ q a. The Trustee shall have full right, power ~ and authority to deal with any property held ° by him as Trustee hereunder, with the same force and effect as though such property caere individually owned by him; and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Trustee shall have full right, power and authority to execute any and all instruments, such as deeds, mortgages, leases and the like, ~ ~ as the Trustee shall from time to time deter- ~ mine.
