t~. Any and all instruments executed b;~ the
Trustee may create obligations extending (
over any periods of time, including periods I
extending beyond the date of any possible
termination of this Trust.

c. The Trustee shall have full power and
authority to sign checks, drafts, notes,
bills of exchange, acceptances, undertakings
I and other instruments or orders for the pay-
~ ment, transfer or withdrawal of money for
~ whatever purpose and to whomsoever payable
~ including those drawn to the individual order
' of a signer, and all waivers of demand, pro-
test, notice of protest or dishonor of any
check, note, bill, draft or other instrument
E made, drawn or endorsed in the name of this
~ Trust, and to borrow money and to execute and
~ deliver notes or other evidence of such bor-
~ rowing, and to grant or acquire rights or
€ easements and enter into agreements or arrange-
~ ~ ments with respect to the trust property.
d. No person dealing with the Trustee shall be
j under any obligation to inquire as to the
` ~ propriety of any action or omission by the
~ Trustee, and shall be conclusively protected
~ in assuming without further inquiry that any
~ action by the Trustee, including the execution
~ of any deed, mortgage,•lease or other instru-
~ t ment, is valid and duly authorized hereundEr.
~ e. The Trustee shall have the right to delegate
~ to any person or persons (natural or corporate),
` including the other then Trustee or Trustees
hereunder, authority to execute any and all
$ instruments or take any and all other action
- which the Trustee is authorized and empo~Tered
so to do by the terms of this instrument.

f. The Trustee shall have the right to retain,
temporarily or permanently, any in~estments
' and to invest and reinvest in stocks, shares
; and obligations of co:porations, or of unincorp-
` i; orated associations or trusts and of investment
~ companies or in common trust fu~ds without ~iv- I
~ I~ ing notice to any beneficiary, or in any other `
~ ~I ,
