~j kind of realty or personalty, irrespective
j~ of rules of law, and investments of any kind
or amount or proportion made or retained in ±

g. The Trustee shall have the right to hold bonds,
! stock or other securities or other property
i~ in bearer form or in the naMe of the Trustee
~ or in the name of one of the Trustees or in
f the name of a nominee, without indication of
~ any fiduciary capacity; to deposit cash in a {
checking or savinqs accaunt in a bank, without
indication or any fidiciary capacity; to pur-
chase or sell stocks, bonds or securities of
~ any type for cash or on margin and to execute
agreements allowing hypothecation of same.
{ h. The Trustee shall have the right to give general
~ or specific proxies or powers of attorney for
voting or acting in respect of shares for securi- ~
ties, which may be discretionary and with power ~
I~ of substitution; to deposit stocks or securities ;
with, or transfer them to, protective committees ;
or similar bodies; to join in any reorganization i
and to pay assessments or subscriptions called for '
in connection with shares or securities.
i. The Trustee shall have the right to employ
i investment counsel, custodians of trust pro-
' per~y, brokers, agents and attorneys.
j. Except as specifically provided herein, no
Trustee shall be subject to personal liability
! for any debt, claim, demand, judgment, decree,
I liability or obligation of any kind of, against
or with respect to the Trust, arising out of
any action taken or omitted for or on behalf
of the Trust, and the Trust shall be solely
liable therefore and resort shall be had solely
to the Trust estate for the payment of perfor-
mance thereof. The Trustees, in incurring any
~ debt, liability or obligation, or in taking or
omitting any other action for or in connection
~j with the Trust, are and shali be deemed to be
'I acting as Trustees and not in their individual
capacities.
