k. During any period that there are three Trustees (
serving hereunder, any two such Trustees may act
for and on behalf of the Trust at a~~y time.
This Trust may be terminated at any time by un-
animous consent of the Beneficiaries, by notice in writing to
the Trustee; and this Trust shall terminate in any event twenty
(20) years after the death of the survivor of the original
Trustee hereinabove named and the successor Trustees herein
named. Upon such termination, the then Trustee shall transfer
i and convey the property constituting the Trust estate, subject

; to any leases, mortgages, contracts or other encumbrances on
~ the Trust property, to the then Beneficiaries hereof as ten-
~ ants in common in proportion to their respective interests.
5. This Declaration of Trust may be amended from time t
~
j time by an instrument in writing authorized by the Beneficiaries,
~ signed by the Trustee or Trustees then serving thereunder,
~
~ and acknowledged by the Trustee or by one of such Trustees.

~ 6. Any Trustee hereunder may resign by written instru-
~ ment signed and acknowledged by such Trustee. Upon the death,
~
~
~ resianation or incapacity of the original Trustee, or if for any
reason the original Trustee is unable to serve or ceas~s to
