~is unahle to serve or ceases to serve as Trustee, then a successor~
shall be appointed by the remaining Trustee. Zn the event I
there shall occur two vacancies in the office of Trustee at
one time, then successor Trustees shall be appointed by the
Beneficiaries. However, notwithstanding the foregoing, the
~ori5inal Trustee named herein may appaint a~uccessor Trustee
upon his resignation. Upon the succession or the appointment
of any succeeding Trustee, the title to the Trust estate shall,
thereupon and without the necessity of any conveyance, be vested
in s~~ia succeedzng Truste~, jointly with the other Trustees,
if any. Each succeeding Trustee shall have all rights, powers,
authority and privileges as though named original Trustee here-
under. No Trustee shall be required to furnish bond.
7. No purchaser or lender shall be under any obligatio
to see to the application of any purchase money or of any money
or oroperty loaned or delivered to any Trustee, or to see that
the terms and conditions ot this Trust have been complied with. I

No Trustee hereunder shall be liable for any error of judgment ~
nor for any loss arising out of any act or omission in good I

faith, but shall be responsible for his or her own willful I
breach of Trust. No license of court shall be requisite to '
the validity of any transaction entered into by the Trustee.
8. A written statement by any Trustee at any time as
