~ and shall always be conclusive evidence in favor of any pur- j

with the Trustee in reliance thereon. I,
9. The following provisions shall apply with respect '
to any real propert.y held under this Trust:
71ny agreement, lease, deed, mortgage or other instrument~
executed by any person who, according to the records of the
' Registry of Deeds in which this Trust is recorded, appears to

j be the Trustee or one of the Trustees hereunder shall be can-

! clusive evidence in favor of every person relying thereon or

~ claiming thereunder that, at the time of the delivery thereof,

this Trust was in full force and effect and that the execution
~
k and delivery thereof by the said Trustee was duly authorized.
~ Any person dealing with the Trust property or the Trustee may

~ always rely, without further inquiry, on a certificate signed
~ by any person appearing trom th~ records of said Registry of
~ Deed~ to be a Trustee hereunder as to who are the Trustees or
~ who are the Beneficiaries hereunder, or as to the authority of
~ one or more of the Trustees to act, or as to the existence or
, non-existence of any fact or facts which constitute conditions
precedent to acts by one or more of the Trustees, or c.~hich are
in any other manner aermane to the affairs of this Trust. No
