Trust holds real property in any other state, no such amendment, y ~
termination, removal or resignation shall be effective µ~ith
respect to said real property until recorded in the appropriate
registry or office wherein lanu records affecting the said real `
property are maintained. A certificate of any Trustee that any
stated amendment or amendments and any stated removals or
' resignations are the only amendments hereof or the only re-
; movals or resignations hereunder or that there are no amend-

j ments, removals or resignations of or under this Trust shall be
; conclusive evidence of such facts in favor of any party dealing ~
i ~
~ with Trust property or any Trustee or Trustees hereunder, as ~
~ of the date of such certificate. In the case of any appoint-
~
~ ment of a successor Trustee, the acceptance in ~rriting by the
~
Trustee or Trustees appointe~ shall be recorded u~ith each
~ Registry of Deeds in which this Trust is recorded.
