shall promptly ratify the Clerk of C.aurt of all chu~ges in his or her mailin8
and residence, and all ~chn.-~ges in the nem~ end addrese of his or her employer
uithin seven (7) days of such change. ~

deteiminining the am~amt due fran the kespor~d~ent to tt~ Patitioner, if any, as

shall seek employment ac~d he/she shall coop~rete vith tt~e Department of Lebor
and Ffiploymec~t Servicea of the State of Florid,a and make reports to the Depart-
ment of Health and Rehabilitative Services of the State of Flor:ids, Child
Support Fnforcement Unit, of his/heac effoxts to maintain e,agloya~ent, on a
keekly basis.
