1990, on Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment, the Court
having considered the gleadings and proofs filed herein, and
having found that there is no genuine issue of any material
fact and that the Plaintiff is entitled to such Judgment as a
matter of law, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJIIDGED as follows:
1. Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment is hereby
