~ Paragraph 3, above, superi~r in dignity to any right, title,
interest or c~aim of the Def endants herein, upon the mortgaged
property herein foreclosed situate in St. LUCie County,
Florida, and described as follows:
Lot 14, Block 64, INDIAN RIVER ESTATES UNIT ~
EIGHT, according to the Plat thereof,
recorded in P1at Book 10, Page 73 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Elorida.
including the building and appurtenances located therein,
together with the fixtures situate therein and located thereon.
5. If the aforesaid total sum due the Plaintiff, plus
interest thereon at the rate prescribed by Iaw and all costs of
this proceeding incurred subsequent to the date of this
Judgment, are not paid within three (3) days of the date of
this Judgment, the Clerk of this Court shall sell all of the
aforesaid property at public sale, on ~ , Z Z- •..•aQ/y~jat
11:00 a.m. , to the highest bidder for cash, except as set
forth below, in the east side of the lobby of the Port St.
~ Lucie County Courthouse in Fort Pierce, Florida, in accordance
I with Florida Statutes §45.031.

6. Plaintiff shall advance all subsequent costs of this

~ action and shall be reimbursed f or them by the Clerk if

, Plaintiff is not the purchaser of the property at sale. If the

~ Plaintiff shall be the purchaser at the sale, the Clerk shall
~ credit the bid of Plaintiff with the total sum herein found to

~ be due the Plaintiff, together with interest and costs accruing

g subsequent to this Judgment or such part thereof as may be
~ necessary to pay in full the bid of th Plaintiff.

~ 7. After confirmation of the sale, whether confirmation by
the Clerk filing the Certificate of title or by Order of this
Court ruling upon objections to that sale, the Clerk shall make
distribution of the proceeds of the sale by paying the
