THIS SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED, made this 16th day of January,
1990, between HARBOUR RIDGE, LTD., a Florida Limited Partnership,
Party of the First Part, having its principal place of business in
the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, and
GIRARD E. GOLDEN and HELEYDE C. GOLDEN, his wife,
Party of. the Second Part, whose post office address is: ~

WITNESSETH, that the said Party of the First Part, for and in ;
consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), to be paid by the

to observe and to perform his obligations under the
