" SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, KATHERINE T. TYLER, the
owner and holder of a certain Mortgage executed by ROMOLO R.
RICCI and URSULA D. RICCI, his wife, to PARK DEVELOPMENT CO.,
INC., a Florida corporation, bearing date the lst day of January,
1979, recorded in 0. R. Book 301, Page 2039, which mortgage was
subsequently assigned to KATHERINE T. TYLER, by Assignment of
Mortgage recorded in 0. R. Book 402, Page 1069, in the office of
the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Saint Lucie County, Florida,
securing a note in the principal sum of THIRTY SIX THOUSAND AND
NO/100 ($36,000.00) DOLLARS and certain promises and obligations
set forth in said Mortgage, upon the property situate in said ~
State and County described as follows, to-wit:

Lot 1 and the South 1/2 of Lot 2 of the
Resubdivision of Lot 2 of CANNING COMPANIES
SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on file in
Plat Book 7, at Page 25, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
hereby acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said note
and mortgage, and surrenders the same as cancelled, and hereby
directs the Clerk to cancel the same of record.
