THIS INDENTURE, made this 5 day of Y i499 between
Bruce Redus, Grantor, and Turtle Reef Condominiums I, Inc., Grantee,
whose post office address is Post Office Box 618, Jensen Beach,
Florida, 34958.
WITNESSETH, That said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum
of TEN AND NO/100 ($10.00) DOLLARS, and other good and valuable
considerations to said Grantor in hand paid by said Grantee, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and
sold to the said Grantee~ and Grantee's heirs and assigns forever,
the followinq described land, situate, lying and being in St. Lucie
County, Florida, to wit:
A 0.0769$ undivided interest in fee simple absolute as tenant
in common in the certain real property described in the Master
Form Deed of Turtle Reef Condominiums I, recorded in Official
Record Book 250, Page 2931, subject to divestment as set forth
i~ said Master Form Deed and upon such divestment an interval ~
ownership consisting of Unit Week 39 in Condominium C-20 er~
undivided shares of
the common elements of Turtle Reef Condominiums I as such is
described in said Master Form Deed.
and said Grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to said land
and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever. ("Grantor" and "Grantee" are used for singular or
plural, as context requires.)
THIS DEED IS PREPARED WITHOUT THE BENEFIT OF TITLE EXAMINATION.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has hereunto set Grantor's hand and seal
