KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: that BARNETT BANK OF ST. LUCIE
COUNTY, owner(s) of a mortgage (and of the indebtedness secured by it)
made by Catalino P. Viado and Myrna D. Viado. his wife to Barnett Bank of
St. Lucie County, for 5160.000.00 on 3-15-88. and recorded in Official
Records Book ~78, at Page 2114 of the Public Records of ST. LUCIE County,
Florida, for valuable consideration do release fron~ the lien of the above
mentioned mortgage the followin~ described real estate, situate, lying and
being in the above named county. Florida:

That part of Lot 13 of SUNRISE ESTATES, according to the plat thereof, as
recorded in Plat Book 8. Page 75 of the Public Records in St. Lucie
County. Florida, said part being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Northeast corner of said Lot 13 also being a point on the
Westerly Existing Right of Way line for South lOth Street; thence
S 00°40'52" E along said Westerly Existing Right of Way line and said
Easterly Lot line a distance of 48.77 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence continue along same Westerly Existing Right of Way line a distance
of 26.18 feet to the Northerly Existing Right of Way line for State Road
70 (Virginia Ave.j; thence along said Northerly Right of Way, run
N 88°14'46" W a distance of 59.46 feet to the beginning of a curve,
concave Southerly, having a chord bearing of S 88°24'56" E; thence
Easterly along said curve having a radius of 5669.58 feet, through an ,
angle of 00°20'19". an arc distance of 33.52 feet to the end of said j
curve; thence N 45°22'01" E a distance of 36.00 feet to the POINT OF s

HOWEVER, it is expressly understood and agreed that this release in
no way and to no extent whatever shall affect the lien of the above
mortgage as to the remainder of the property described in and secured by
