¦ini~u¦ stnndards for such facilities ns required by the State of Plorida.

1979. Any neM construction or relocation of facilities xithin the lands
will be subJect to prior approval by tDe Depact~eat. Sdould the Depart~ent
fail to approve any QeM construction or relocation of lacilities by the
Utility or require the Utility to alter. ad~ust. or relocate its facilities
located Nithin said lands, the Departaent hereby a~rees to pay the cost o!
~ucd alteration. ad,~ust~ent. or relocation, iacludin~, but not li~ited to
the cost o! acqnirinQ appropriate enseaeats.
2. The Utility sdall 6ave a ceasonable ri~ht to enter upon the laads
described herein for tDe purposes outliaed in paraQraph 1 above. including
the right to tri• such trees. brus6. and groNth Mhich ¦ight endan~er or
interlere Mith such lacilities~ provided tAat snch riahts do not interfere
xith the operation aad safety of the Depart~ent's facilities. ~
3. T6e Otility agrees to repair any da~aQe to Depart~ent facilities
' and to inde~aily the Depact~eat aQaiast aay loss or da~age resultin~ fro¦
the Utility exercisin~ its ri~hts outlined in paragraphs 1 and 2 above.
