6. This Co~-t reserves jurisdictian for the purpose of detennining the arrrn~nt
due f.rorn the Respond~nt to Che Petitianer, if any, as rei~~serent f.or past 1~FDC payrrpnts
received by or on behalf of the child(ren) named herein.
Additionally, it is further orderec~ tlt~t Res~nde~nt/Pay~or sha11 prcxrQtly
f notify th,e I)eepartrnent of Health and Rehabilitative Services of a11 c.~~nges in his or her
~ mailing address, and all changes in the n~~ne and address of his or her emQl~yer wi.thin
