DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 13th day of November,
1989, and the Court havinq given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines:
i A. This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
' subject matter of this suit.
~ B. That the relation of husband and wife now exists

! C. That the marriage betWeen the parties is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
D. That the parties have entered into a Mediation
Agreement and the Husband moved to madify said Mediation
